A five (5) man Community Stakeholders Network (CSN) delegation of Ughelli North CSN paid an advocacy visit to the Ovie of Ughelli at his palace. The purpose seek to recognize traditional institutional as the first point of contact for resolving civil disputes and to influence its leadership stool to promote peaceful living among community members. His Royal Highness, Wilson Ojakovo, Oharisi III, commended the supporters of the project (Towards Nonviolent Elections in 2019) AA PeaceWorks and PIND for their well-meaning roles in promoting peace in the Niger-Delta in particular. While assuring the CSN delegation of his total commitment towards ensuring the success of the project in Ughelli-North, the Monarch advised the body to regularly engage the politicians and youths on the need for peace, adding that the importance of peace in any society cannot be overemphasized.
