AAPW has commenced a comprehensive in-house training program focused on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) to enhance our organisational effectiveness on projects. This initiative is designed to ensure that we consistently achieve our expected outcomes and goals, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in all our endeavours.
The training kicked off on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the AAPW office in Port Harcourt and will span three days, featuring a thorough review of various aspects of monitoring and evaluation. We are privileged to have M&E expert Emmanuel Amile leading the sessions. His extensive experience and insights will provide invaluable knowledge to our team, equipping us with the tools necessary to better assess and optimize our project outcomes.
For the three days, participants will explore key M&E components such as data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as the integration of these systems into project planning and execution. The training also emphasizes the importance of feedback mechanisms, learning from past projects, and adapting strategies to meet evolving project needs.
At AAPW, we recognize that monitoring and evaluation is not just a tool for accountability but a vital mechanism for learning and continuous improvement. This training reinforces our organization’s dedication to transparency, precision, and the continuous enhancement of our project delivery frameworks.
By investing in strengthening our M&E capacities, AAPW is better equipped to achieve sustainable impacts across all initiatives, ensuring that our projects consistently meet and exceed expected outcomes.
